		<description>Definitely agree, 2-3 people is right there in the sweet spot, especially when talking main partners.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Though, I&#039;ve never had experience with hiring employees I think the tune may change when they are involved. Hard to say. I look to Flashbang in that regard and I think they do a fantastic job of having a handful of folks that turn out great stuff they all love.</description>
